- Lead the team (mechanical and electrical, administration) to provide and ensure high standard of service to the tenants
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants to ensure efficient running of building operations.
- Responsible for preparing the budgets and monthly reporting to the Management
- Involved in management of all aspects for the building, including handling of customer complaints
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree of any discipline
- Maximum 40 years of age
- Good command of English, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience at the managerial level, with team management responsibilities
- Experience in property operation with experience in building management would be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good leadership skill, ability to delegate effectively and monitor the teams’ performance
